Thanks for your c...Hi, Six Million Dollar Gas Bill. Thanks for your comment. Just some quick notes. I do apologize for the snarky "normal people". By that, I mean people not given to conspiracy theories; the vast majority of people who accept the reality that babies are born with blue eyes and that they typically change color over time as a natural process of melanocyte maturation. Also note that when someone has high exposure to mercury, it's not the iris that's changing color.

The cool thing I find about hazel eyes is that they tend to change color depending on the lighting and colors worn by the person. Clothing and lighting can bring out the greys, greens, and browns to different degrees, so hazel eyes are very rarely the same apparent color from one day to the next. The amount of grey/green/brown can appear to change.

Finally, with regard to comment moderation, perhaps you missed this from the text just above the comment form: "Comments on posts older than 30 days will go into moderation, due to the activities of commercial spammers." It's easy to overlook, but I just wanted to reassure you that I take a very light hand when it comes to comment moderation. And unfortunately, spammers trying to get people going to scam sites has resulted in my turning on moderation for older posts.Todd W.https://www.blogger.com/profile/16192694127268195554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3609683919099708226.post-51950382203114398482017-03-18T03:35:12.888-04:002017-03-18T03:35:12.888-04:00And you need to "approve" my comment do ...And you need to "approve" my comment do you? "Normal" people??? Rather condescending tone. I have "autism," and when I started a protocol for heavy metal chelation, my hazel green eyes changed to grey hazel, and the rusty brown ring around the pupils began to fade. The only exposure to mercury I've had that I know of is the numerous thimerosal-laced vaccines I've had throughout my lifetime. The autistic traits are becoming less intense as I chelate as well. So... anecdotal as that is, it kind of throws a wrench in your retort that thimerosal likely has no effect on eye color.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10700473522021235886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3609683919099708226.post-53058096383066827742017-03-18T03:29:32.998-04:002017-03-18T03:29:32.998-04:00"Now, normal people understand that babies..."Now, normal people understand that babies' eyes change color as they age." "Normal" people? Rather condescending tone. Anyway, I can count on one hand the number of autistic traits I don't have, and when I recently started a protocol of heavy metal chelation, my hazel green eyes changed to hazel grey, and the rusty brown ring around the pupil began to fade. This is after one month on the chelation protocol. The only exposure to mercury I've had that I know of is a number of thimerosal-laced vaccines.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10700473522021235886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3609683919099708226.post-74314129557639470282010-12-10T19:20:27.116-05:002010-12-10T19:20:27.116-05:00Todd, You may be interested to know that the zebra...Todd, You may be interested to know that the zebrafish thimerosal exposure was 20µg/ml and for 20 hours. So that is chronic exposure in hatchling larvae. The comments on that post over on AoA are communal reinforcement in action, even their resident MD, patrons99 goes along with it and even invokes Andrew Moulden. They did allow a comment from a real MD who tried to explain that this wasn't abnormal and if they thought it was, to consult a specialist. Leave it to them to take a normal biological occurrence and spin it into a web of stupid.Science Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08832263571481452559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3609683919099708226.post-83325394962935290202010-12-08T16:00:18.520-05:002010-12-08T16:00:18.520-05:00LOVE your blog.
